Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Padoswale account and describes exactly what data is deleted or retained.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Padoswale app Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings Tap your profile icon, then tap Settings from the menu.
  3. Tap Account → Delete Account Scroll down to the Account section and select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your request Follow the on-screen prompt to permanently confirm the deletion.
7-day grace period After confirming, your account is immediately deactivated — your profile and all content become invisible to other users. If you log back in within 7 days, your account will be fully restored. After 7 days, deletion becomes permanent and cannot be undone.

Can't Access the App?

If you cannot sign in to the app, you can submit a deletion request by email.

Subject line: Account Deletion Request

Include the email address or phone number associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Data Deleted and Retained

System logs and security records Retained temporarily Up to 30 days, for legal and security compliance
